I have eaten at every restaurant in the Appleton/Neenah area (I think) and Gingerootz consistently delivers high quality food with great service. Noodle bowls, sushi, rice dishes, fresh vegetables, everything is really very good!



My wife and I have also had them cater a couple of events for us, both birthday parties for our daughters, and they delivered great events on time with great service and communication.

I love this place! It could be the best restaurant in Appleton. I have eaten at almost all the restaurants in the Fox Valley and Gingerootz consistently delivers high qualify food that is well prepared and well presented. The service is always good to great and everyone seems very friendly. I have also used Gingerootz to cater a party I was having and again everything was really good! They delivered on time and set it up promptly. They also had the approropriate serving wear and chaffing dishes and of course lots of chopsticks.



I am looking forward to trying the new sushi menu that was rolled out recently.

The diverse menu illustrates the owners broad experience in NY and elsewhere - all food is prepared wonderfully and the service is top shelf. The bar selection is broad from cocktails to wonderful wines. The Crystal shrimp is a trademark dish and probably best as an appetizer, as it is best when hot. The Salmon in Bean Sauce is a great entree - highly recommend this place when you need a wonderful evening with friends or family.

i ordered the general tso chicken at 12.00 and shrimp sushi at 8.00 thinking it would be really good,i mean for that price you'd think so.There was a 5 dollar service charge and small amounts of food.The worst part was that i found two pieces of sushi with fish tails in them. wtf!
