I got home and realized some of my nails looked like they were already detached in the back/like there were bubbles in places. Some of the nails look as if they have a week or 2 of grow out and it's been 24 hours! I stopped in while running some errands and explained how unhappy I was to the guy and he said they looked fine, and there was nothing he could or would do. Refused to give my money back for them. I've NEVER asked for my money back on nails before, not even ON MY WEDDING DAY when they weren't fully painted, had a couple spots that could have been fuller. I paid $120, originally paid $110 until the girl who took my money COMPLAINED that my TIP wasn't enough. Your tip is optional. You get what you get and you don't throw a fit. I know they work hard and deserve a good tip for it, but you don't complain when you think you deserve more, ESPECIALLY when the job was so shotty. Until their refusal to do anything for me, I may have come back, but I won't ever come back now.
