      I phoned to make a reservation to have my windshield replaced. They said they'd call me back in 20 minutes. After waiting for 2 days, I called back twice and left messages but they've never returned my calls. They don't even have a personalized business message on their voicemail but instead just a generic message so you have to check the number after hanging up to make sure you actually reached them. Don't waste your time doing business with them.

      Baseball

      I had a baseball hit my windshield causing a considerable amount of damage to it. I called Accurate auto glass, they had a tech out at the field within an hour. It took the gentleman about an hour to complete the job, i couldnt have been more satisfied with their work. I highly recomend them.

      This was the worst company I ever had 2 call 4 help 2 replace my windshield.The employee (Jeff) was very rude & unprofessional with racial slurs.I would not want any 1 2 go though what I experance with this company or this man(JEFF).So with this I deeply regret this company will never get any people 1 know 2 do business.

      First off this lady did not even know what kind of car she drove, When i quoted her the price i asked her what kind of car she had she told me it was a honda civic. So we set up as time and i told her i would be there between 9am and 12pm. Well i got there at 10:30am. I noticed that the car was a Honda Accord??? after she tried to argue with me about what kind of car it was, i told her i would need to go get a windshield with the correct part #, she got all upset and told me i was late?? She was completely rude to me. It was her who was just having a bad day and tried to take it out on the glassman, I dont have time to deal with people like her. I never made any racial slurs, I also have no idea who this Jeff guy is??? I am just an honest guy trying to make an honest living. Please feel free to call me for a low quote, I offer a life time warranty, OEM replacement glass, Free mobile service. Have a great day!!! Shawn
