It's not only the best donuts I've ever had but its the food I've ever had! Simply perfection!!!!

Gourdough's is located in a little trailer park on trendy South First Street with colorful picnic tables. It is BYOB and patrons bring their own wine or other beverages for a great night out.



If you're in a hurry or want something light/healthy, this is NOT your place. They make everything to order so the wait has been up to forty minutes long when I've been. Note- earlier in the day, they're not as busy and more kid/pet friendly.



The employees are super nice, willing to split charges and do accept credit cards.



The food itself is AMAZING. These are no ordinary doughnuts. Each doughnut is bigger than my open hand, is made to order, and is topped with any combination of sinful and tempting toppings. I usually split my order with one or two others and walk away plenty satisfied. The best experience ever was going with a group and sharing several different flavors. Their website includes photo of every menu item so you can get a good idea of what you'll be ordering!



The Dirty Berry is the perfect blend of chocolate and grilled strawberry. It is very rich but I could not. stop. eating it.



Miss Shortcake was also equally delicious- with a generous spread of cream cheese icing and pile of strawberries.



The Flying Pig is a personal favorite. It was coated in just the right amount of maple syrup icing and covered with 7 or 8 pieces of bacon.



Porkey's with Canadian bacon, cream cheese and jalapeno jelly sounds like a really odd combination but is DIVINE. This one I devoured all on my own. Seriously, I would probably order this one over any of the dessert ones, and I am a huge fan of any kind of dessert.

It was worth the wait for our 3 delish donuts!! Best decant donuts ever! Go get one!!
