They came...GREG C.. in early November 3rd. He said he would order the part for my dishwasher and come back on Monday ..November 6th. He didn't show up--no call. I called the number and no one responded. I eventually got ahold of some guy named Craig. He said they needed to get the part from GREG C. He said he would come repair it. He never showed up. He then said some guy named Zach would come to put in the part. I waited all evening...after being told "he's on his way." No one showed up. Then...I think they blocked by phone number. I made the big mistake of trusting them and wrote a check for the full amount $260. They told me to make it out to someone name Kimberly France. They cashed that check on Monday when they were supposed to repair. The last I heard from "Craig"...he said they were sending a refund check to me and it would come the next day November 29th. I haven't seen it nor do they answer their phone any longer. I'm taking this to the next level and I will get my money back one way or another.

I would recommend this company to anyone in need of the service. And unfortunately lately, that is probably the case. Chris came over quickly, did a great job at a great price. Call them if you need help!

Price was fair, washing machine fixed, & showed up on time. Can't ask for much more!! The guy explained (where I could understand) exactly what he doing. He was polite & courteous. Even brought my garbage in from the curb.
