I have an account with Beaverton Florist, and 95% of the time, very satisified with the service and the delivered flowers. Today, wow, a rude individual on the phone! This individual asked me how to spell a name, given the last name was Brown, I spelled the first name. She rudely said "Well, spell the last name!" I was taken aback by this angry unhappy person. Told her I was going to order from someone else -- and I did. I may or may not return to this business due to the treatment I received today -- and I've ordered from them from years -- only takes one bad experience.
