My experience has been dismal. 1 star is too much.

In the end, the settlement offer was above and beyond what I expected, allowing me to support my family while returning to school. Six months after the settlement, Jeff still calls to check on my physical therapy, encouraging me to get back on two wheels. Thanks to him, I probably will some day.
