I truly wish I could write a positive review for Ms. Glassman, however it is quite the opposite! I still have regrets and anger toward her three years after the divorce was final. In my opinion, she is a disgrace to the profession. Let me illustrate this with two issues that demonstrate her arrogance. 1. The other lawyer team presented us with an offer for settlement of the financial problems. This was their third offer and was close to being realistic. So in conference with Ms. Glassman, I suggested we counter with some minor changes that would be in my favor. SHE TOTALLY REFUSED. She kept saying, "I won't do it. I won't do it. I won't do it." Again and again she would not listen to my ideas and just point blank refused to negotiate. How in the world does that coordinate with the mantra "In the best interests of my client?" This cost me thousands of dollars!!!! 2. Her courtroom competence is more than terrible, it was horrible. There was NO PREPARATION for me. She seemed almost tongue tied. She could not formulate good questions to ask the opposing witnesses who lied on the stand. Again, I still get angry when I think about how incompetent and arrogant she is.
