I had my nails done by Kevin after an hr and a half wait when I had been told 20 min.. Nice enough guy but tried to upsell services I didn't want, then gave me a sloppy uneven line for my white tips, nails were inconsistent length/ thickness and overall sloppy I got gel polish because it lasts so long but I didn't have time for him to fix it because I had to go to work at that point... So I chalked it up to a soso manicure the next day my gel polish started to peel off I don't work with chemicals or anything like that and I've been getting gel manicures for years and it never chipped/peeled etc.. I go the next day to have them fix it and the owner Ann was SO RUDE arguing with me that it was my fault it peeled off and I expressed my prior experience of never having a problem with gel Polish before but she continued to argue with me that it must be my nails and not their cheap products so horrible rude and overpriced don't give your hard earned money to this terrible business. Never been treated so poorly before
