Dr.Vanantwerp and her wonderful pet technicians saved my baby. My little peanut puppy got parvo just days after we got him. We were devastated, but Dr.V and her team took wonderful care of him and nursed him back to health. They updated us several times a day on his condition since they knew we were worried. They are very reasonable price wise for the care you receive and will go above and beyond to help your pet. I'm so grateful to them for all of the great things they're doing!

I am not very happy with my experience at this office. I braught my baby bird Amos in who was 6 weeks at the time because he vomited. Dr.Champagne examined him since he was yelling so much because he was starving for food in the back which I did not see. In the vet tech kept coming in to update me and said dr is doing research, she is removing the content from his crop to look under the microscope. Which I only know because this is what I was told. Dr said he had cropstasis and advised me on returning him to the breeder and gave us antibiotics and any fungal to heal him. So I did all the above 1 week later he has been vomiting for over 20 hrs. In breeder took him to a vet in ft.worth. dr.rogers called and asked for your info. She got dr.champagnes notes that were not completly finished and told me without the culture results and completed notes she would have to redo the test that were supposably done last week. Or at least I thought what did I pay for but a veterinarian's expertise to help my child. Then I called you and Kim I believe said sorry and that those test were never done because he was to fragile and apparently dr just assumed he had cropstasis and gave him those antibiotics. I'm like what the... had I known this info I would have immediately took him in to someone that could give a definite answers. Not a dr that just guesses. Hes been sick for a week and I paid you all to do nothing but just bandage him. Are you kidding me. Never going here again and no one answered why her notes weren't finished and what really happened when i was here. Waste of time, money and my poor babies health!!!!!!!!!! This is just horrible.

I recently got an English Bulldog puppy. I was looking for a vet that understood the breed because they're ridiculously tricky. I was warned that vets will over charge you if they find out you have one because they're expensive breeds at a stupidly cheap vet. So I was nervous. Every single person I have met at CWPH has been absolutely amazing! They are ridiculously well priced even when I found out my puppy had some problems that needed fixing. I came out of there paying way less than I expected. I can't express enough how intelligent and caring everyone is there. They made sure I was well versed on the breed and informed me about some things I need to keep an eye out for. I'm sad that we're headed to Cali because I don't think I'll find a vet that I like nearly as much. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I have lived in the neighborhood for four years and our two dogs have been seeing the vets at Carrollton West Pet Hospital for that long. I love this place! I think we have seen all of the vets and they are all extremely sweet and knowledgeable. The vet techs are obviously animal lovers and are very kind and dote on our dogs.

We have so much confidence in this place that we began boarding our dogs there two years ago.

We have lived in Carrollton for 16 years and this is the only vet we have ever used. We have had 3 dogs who they have cared for. Our fist dog we lost to old age, the staff was very compassionate during that time. We currently have a 17 year old basset and a 3 year old lab mix. Our basset has had a couple of bad episodes but Dr. V and her staff pulled her through and she is doing well. When we need to board her they treat her like a queen. She stays in the hospital section, for obvious reasons, and gets all the loving she can handle. Our pup has also received excellent care. Carrollton West and Dr. V will continue to be the health care provider for our pets.

We've been going here for the last 4-5 years and have received excellent care for our cats. One cat needed a major procedure and our doctor worked with us to make sure we understood the options and the details of the procedure. We would recommend them to anyone!

We have been taking our dog to Carrollton West Pet Hospital for about four years and have had plenty of other experiences elsewhere. We can tell you that this is one of the top quality vets in the Metroplex! The quality of care they extend to the animals in conjunction with the quality of love and concern they show to the pet and to the pets owners is exceptional and unequaled. Yes, we rave about this place but it is only because they have proven themselves time and time again. Someone once told me that "time will either promote a person or expose a person" and the same goes for organizations, businesses etc. We have applied that to CWPH and can see how it has promoted them.

This is the best vet around! We have used them exclusively for the past four years and would not trade them for anything. They give the ultimate quality of care to the pet, not to mention how well they treat the pets owners. We currently drive over 25 miles one way to have our dogs treated by them. The staff is super caring and super friendly. We wouldn't go anywhere else, even if it were in our own next door neighborhood!

This is a great vet clinic in Carrollton. There are four doctors and a large support staff. All of the doctors are female. My dog did very well with them during his visit.
