My stylist was Jimmy, without a doubt I feel took advantage of me as a senior citizen. My eyes are bad and I could not see just how much advantage was going on. After spending thousands of dollars it was brought to my attention what he was doing or not doing but taking my money including very very generous tips. This salon does not deserve a high rating. Money is all it’s about. And manipulation. I have no problem talking or proving with pictures and emails what that salon did to me. Forget talking to the owner she does not communicate with the clients in her own salon. She is a business owner that does not want to be bothered.. Please be careful about the money you spend there especially if you are a senior. It’s manipulation to keep you coming back. Enbrassed as I am about spending so much money there I totally feel for it hook line and sinker.

I love my hair every time I walk out of Allure. My skilled stylist Anna keeps my darkening blonde fresh with her amazing Balayage skills. It always looks natural ! The cut makes me feel like I'm always in style. She makes it fun and I look forward to every visit !

I started coming to Allure a little over a year ago and won't go anywhere else! Hayley is amazing and knows exactly what to do to make my hair absolutely perfect! It's nice to have someone who is so passionate about what they do and have the skills to back it up.

I have come to this salon numerous times, having my blonde balayage done by Lauren. By far- the best service and color I've experienced. I recently moved home to New Jersey and and am highly considering a trip back down to Charleston so she can touch up my hair again.

Regrettably, this was the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. My stylist did a great job with the color - there is no doubt about that. The interior of the salon is beautiful and Huong is a great colorist. They failed to mention additional charges for services that were quite costly and not nearly worth the service I received. I was expecting ~$100 bill and it was nearly double when I checked out. Highly recommend reconfirming prices upon arrival.

Even though Allure is pretty pricey (mid-range stylist hair cut $50) they know what they're doing! After trying a few salons around the area, I decided to spend some money and get great results. I have been to Allie and Kristin and have enjoyed all of my cuts from them. You even get some snacks and a beverage during your visit!
