Will not use this company again Ever! Called them because they were available to fix my dryer on a Saturday. They were coming back Monday because they had to get part. On Monday we waited to hear from them and the contractor said he was waiting to get OK for part cost but couldn't come out to fix Monday. Then made appointment for him to come Tuesday at 9-10 and he called saying it would be 11-12. He showed up at 11:30 and had the wrong part. I had to puck up carpool but he said he was going to get part and would be back as soon as I text him. I told him I would be back at 1:00 but he's not here. Text him and finally called him and he's Just leaving part store at 1:51.......he was suppose to be doing that. All along (he left at 11:40))

They contract people out and clearly do not consider customers important. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone unless they have a week to be BS'd around.
