They make it very simple and took the time to teach us about what needs to be done in order to maintain the pool in the most efficient way. Pool Xperts has even told me when I could find a product cheaper (although quality was less). I ended up buying their higher quality product but appreciated the honesty displayed when they said I could find it somewhere else. They are available any time for questions. Their friendly and professional service is second to none and I could not think more highly of them.
