Tried to charge me $25.00 cleaning fee for a little dirt in cab and a black spot in back on floor in back bed. I ask if I could borrow a broom and mop he said didn't have one which you know he did . I said fine I left went 2 blocks down ringgold rd bought 3 wet wipe from car wash machine cost me $3.00 . Went back told him that was only $3.00 down street just plain rude and unprofessional and not customer friendly. This guy was the manager his picture up on counter like he the owner which uhaul owns this store. I told him I would never be there again and I was a frequent renter 2 or 3 times a month of 26 foot trucks he didn't care he said oh we'll. I would never go here if there is one spot this guy will charge u $25 and won't left you use broom or mope or cloth.
