Went to dinner with my kids. One ordered soup which was cold. One had an appetizer which was still frozen in the middle. I had the triple appetizer and shared with my girls just to try to get them fed and it was frozen also. Talked with manager who took off the beer I had and sent us the bill for the rest of the meal. I called the restaurant after I got home to talk to the general manager who called me back and said they were going to send me a gift certificate to make it right which I never received. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN...
