My first experience with Mission was not very pleasant. They gave me a ridiculous amount for my trade in and I found how much they take advantage of people. I got $1500 for my trade-in and they turned around and sold it next day for $6500 - how do I know? I had to get some title stuff straigthened out which required me to pick up my trade-in to go to dmv and the new owner's bill of sale was in the passenger's seat! They gave me 2 choices on the first go-round there...and within a matter of weeks I realized this car was a money pit, so I took it back and they talked to me so unprofessionally to me - laughed in my face basically - about their 6 month guarantee that they so heavily advertise and were very hesitant to offer...so the next car I got was a choice of 3 - and so I settled for the best of the 3. I thought the staff at Beechmont lacked a lot of polish when it comes to dealing with the public...their bread and butter. My second vehicle was purchased 1-1/2 years later at the Colerain location - a much more pleasant experience! Got a better car and better treatment. Only reason I went back is that my credit sucks and I am forced to go this route until my credit is re-established. Service work - getting ready to see how this experience goes. I will post later.

Buyer beware this is a first time sales nightmare. If you are needing a car financed they take you to the bank. they see weakness of not knowing what you are doing they will over charge you on the total price of the car. Mine was two to three thousand dollars. there sales men from Beechmont Ave after the sale are vary rude. They Talk bad about other buyers in front of other customers. My friend over heard them talking about me after the sale. This is a bottom feeder for car lots. They take advantage of the unschooled buyers. I'm a loyal Customer I like to know who I'm buying services with I had no help in buying a car. So they seen this and ran with it. i would of went back to Mission for my next car if everything would of been forthcoming. I will not be going back to any Mission auto lots or its affiliates. Screw with me once shame on them. Screw with me twice shame on me. The finance company is vary forthcoming on every thing. This was a skilled sales person that helped jack me. If you don't belive me then just stand around them when there done with there phone calls. They must think talking bad about someone on the last call is exceptable behavior.

I have used many companies, WHY? We couldnt find a dependable and honest company. We have used this company and we are very pleased! We will be calling again for future service. Thank-you!

I bought a 2004 Jeep in January and it has been in the shop 4 times. I would not recommend you go to this used car dealer, it doesn't seem to me that they checked out this vehicle before they sold it to me. I did purchase an extended warrenty which is good because I have used it 2 of the 4 times my truck has went to the shop. So far since January 19th I have spent over $800.00 out of pocket in repairs and more to come!
