For more than 25 years, Johnny s Italian Restaurant has more provided Floridians with a lot of Italian dining options. The menu includes more than 50 pasta, chicken and seafood entrees for guests to choose from. House specialties include penne a la vodka, ziti primavera, eggplant Parmesan and multiple other Italian recipes. Menu items also include more than 10 varieties of pizzas and calzones. If you live in the Safety Harbor area, this is the best Italian restaurant in the area. The pasta is excellent. The sauce is great. The pizza is very good. Always a friendly wait staff and never is the wait very long. Casual atmosphere but without the din that most casual restaurants develop. Doughballs for the kids to play with keep them occupied while you whet your appetite with their warm bread and olive oil. My wife says the sangria is top notch ;-)
