Family owned. Very nice husband and wife team. I think they have been in business for over 20 years. They have competitive pricing. I would use them again. We like to use locally owned businesses when we can.

I'm not happy with this company because I reserved a car with them two days prior to the day I needed it and put down a $75 deposit. Unfortunately, I wasn't told that it was non-refundable when I put down the deposit even though I had a feeling that they wouldn't refund it if I canceled it. I found a better deal and even with this loss, the price I will be paying will be less than if I had kept the reservation.
