This place seems unsafe. Mayhem. The owner is completely dishonest! Who wants a liar to groom their pet? Go elsewhere.

Worst place I have ever had a dog groomed!!! The first time I took my toy poodle there she came home with several cuts and razor burns. Four years later I decided to give them a try again with my Yorkie puppy and it was the absolute worst job I had ever seen! I am so surprized they had the nerve to charge me! Long uncut tufs all over they shaved the back of her ears instead of trimming them it was a joke, a two year old could have done a better job. As soon as they brought her out to me and my face must have shown the shock I felt and the groomer ran out of the room. WARNING!! Don't use these people they have NO shame!! I truely believe the groomer must have been unlicensed with little of No experience or training. This place really needs to be investigated!!

I have only good things to say about The Paw Spa. We have taken our dog here for 3 years. It's nice to have the option to wash your dog yourself, or to have them do it. The give the best care to my dog and he is happy to spend the day there. They are always accommodating to accept us even for last minute holiday weekends. It is always clean and a very pleasant experience.



To the negative reviewer who was talking about their dog peeing on himself... I hate to admit it, but my dog has done the same thing there. My dog is white, long hair, and is 60lbs. Believe me, it's a good two hours to wash and dry him again. But they do it when it happens. He is always perfectly clean and groomed when I pick him up. I don't believe for one minute that Donna would say or do that.

I love this place. The people are always so friendly and helpful. My dogs always come home looking and smelling great. They know alot about dogs and helped me with Daisy's skin and ear problem. More than I can say for my Vet. They had me switch to one of their premium foods and she loves it. It has been a couple months and her skin and ears are totally better. I learned about them from my daughters girl scout troop. She did an educational trip to The Paw Spa and my daughter now helps me self wash Daisy between groomings. This place is awesome and I tell all my friend!

Their customer service and dog grooming was awful. I used to like the fact that you can take your dog and wash them yourselves and I could always manage Diana's somewhat rude behavior until I took my dogs to get groomed and it was awful. Mind you I mad them aware of my small dogs temperment and was told it wouldnt be an issue. I dropped my dogs off and less then an hour later I got horrible messages from Diana claiming that I needed to pick up my f***ing dog and that he we to the restroom everywhere (of course it wasnt said that nice). I went to go pick up my dogs and she still tryed to charge me full price for the dog she did not complete because he was too difficult for her. She didnt even keep him for and hour. I had explained that he needs patience and love. None of that happened here. I almost felt like she beat him. His face, paws and tail were not cut. What it came down to was she took $10 off which is still too much because all she did was give him a bath basically. Would never and have never gone back there since because of this horrible customer service by Diana and her groomer. Diana is the owner and I will NEVER go there again and I will tell everyone the same.

I was looking to get another dog and wanted feedback regarding grooming and maintenance so I called this place and spoke with Donna who was a huge help and really knows her dog breeds! As soon as I get my next dog I'm taking him/her to this place.

The store was really clean and the people were really nice and helpful. We self washed our dog. It was fun and pretty easy, but they do full service grooming so next time I am going to have them do it.

I love taking my dog to Paw Spa. He is a big Lab and he sheds so going to a place where they have everything you need (big walk in tubs, warm water, shampoo, blow dryers etc.) is convenient and they help you through the whole process. They also have a nice selection of items your dog might need. My dog seems to enjoy his baths much more!

It was very easy, and fun, to wash our very large dog ourselves. Buster is well over 100 pounds and hates the hose. He will never have to have a cold hose bath again now that we found The Paw Spa. They give you everything you need to clean your dog. We got our choice of shampoo and conditioner. They even have a massage brush and blueberry facial. The people are friendly and helpful and the price is very reasonable. They even carry our dogs brand of food and treats. Buster was so nice and clean I even got him a new collar. We are going to bring our Shih Tzu, Maggie to the groomer here next week. I think it is great that you can wash your own dog or have the groomer do it when they need a haircut. They even have obedience classes!

Walked in without an appointment, was greeted and treated like royalty. I was given suggestions and "hands on" assistance to greatly improve the entire experience for both my Chow pup and me. With the wash and drying areas elevated, my achy knees found this to be much better than doing it at home.It would seem unreasonable to ask for more at any price. For pet owners who want to share more time with their dog, in a clean, air conditioned environment... a bath at the Paw Spa can't be beat.

Wow, what a clean and friendly place to bring your dog. Bandit had such a good time and smelled sooooo good! They even helped me wash him. The store also carried a lot of good toys and treats. Bandit even got a new toy for being such a good boy.
