If you haven't tried Ideal Protein I highly recommend it! The staff is so helpful, encouraging, and very supportive. They are very professional and the passion they have for what they do is refreshing to the other guys out there trying to sell you their milkshakes. This is the last diet you will ever try! So far I have lost 30 pounds and I am just getting started but it has stayed off. Its priceless looking at a persons face when they haven't seen you in a while and they want to know your secret. It works and the food is good and it overall helps you make healthy choices for you and your family. Its a win all around. You get the best possible you when you finish this program. Stay focused and you will succeed!
