I have been happy with this dentist. Reasonable pricing and kind staff. No billing or insurance problems.

Was happy with the dentist at first. The dentist seems to know alot about dentistry. I became very upset when I had alot of dental work done. I had been quoted the price before I had the work done. My insurance company had been notified before hand and I and the receptionist knew how much they would pay. Once I had my dental work done and I paid what I was quoted, I thought I was done. I called to make an appointment a couple of months later and was told that I owed alot of money for my previous dental work. I'm talking about $600+. If I would have known this before the work, I probably wouldn't have had it done at that time. The receptionist gave me a discount before my work was done but apparently took that back after my work was done. I also know that this has happened to other patients. I know of one patient that said she would never go back. Be very careful when choosing this dentist and other dentist. Needless to say, my bill went to a collection agency.
