One star is too many stars. I went downstairs to go to work this morning and my car was towed from my spot. Called and spoke to someone who was extremely rude the entire time and who eventually hung up on me when I refused to pay for a stolen vehicle.

I had my permit in my window which is current and doesn't expire until over 6 months from now!

I plan to file BBB complaint, already filed complaint with the city. However, I'm pretty demotivated by the fact there are so many other people with these problems and nothing is being done. :( The operator with the city even knew which towing company I was talking about.

Terrible company! Absolutely worst business practices, no ethics, just awful and downright dirty, filthy facilities.

When I called they said my car was not on the lot and to call 911 to report it stolen. They did have it on the lot.

Worst service ever. The old stupid whiye lady made me wait 30 mins just to tell me that they were only taking cash at that time. When they have a big sign saying that this facility must accept electronic and card payment related to any release of a vehicle. They are just a bunch of BS.

This towing company has an account with Sage Pointe apartments to tow those cars that are parked in Reserved parking spaces that should not be there. If someone is in your space and they are called out, half the time they will not come out, the lady tells you that the tow man has been dispatched out to you but they NEVER show up. This has happened to me on two occasions, I do not pay for a parking space for someone else to park in it. They are supposed to be a 24/7 towing company but they operate only when it's convenient for them. They really need to do Better than what they are doing.

Allstar along with all Tow operators are normal people doing a job. I to have been towed but that was because I parked where I want supposed to So it sounds to me like mfs should get an education learn to speak in complete sentences, Park correctly and grow the hell up.

Everybody towed these crooks MUST file the TDLR Complaints against them as TDLR will make them reimburse your money. Filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau will get zero results with this company. It's advised to join Texas Towing Compliance so you understand your rights and how to fight these bastards in Court and WIN. Call the Statewide Tow Hotline at 512-680-3190 as they will get you results quicker..

This towing company does not care what they do. They tow cars without permission because this is the only way they can make money. They are a fly by night company with no business ethics. They took my car for no reason and did not call it in the police So i report it as stolen But today i got a certified letter saying they Have it since September I'm a repo driver and I tow them u got to report all the tows and repos so when ur car is missing call the cops and report it stolen Im fixing to take them to court for illegal Tow in not reporting it

Car was parked overnight in the garage to my apartment complex and clearly had a sticker visible in the windshield, yet it was towed and I had no way of taking my dog to the vet that morning. Picking up the car was a hassle cause of the trashy attendant in the office. Very hard to hear her cause we were speaking through a small hole in the wall because the mic is broken all while giving me unnecessary attitude. Before driving off I noticed I didnt have my license and figured she forgot to give me it. I went back and asked and she starts yelling and saying its with receipt. Checked, and it was not. Went back and it was in the exchange box. Maybe she was enjoying those chips too much to notice I almost left with my license because of her ignorance. Maybe try not hiring ex-cons.

All Star Towing and their workers are all trash!! The are crooks that prey on people. I don't know if they have more than one location but those unprofessional bastards in Dallas on Ledbetter are worthless...They towed my car twice and lied several times about why they towed it. It's time for someone to closed them down indefinitely...They should not be allowed to operate a business anymore... They should change their name to Zero Star Pimping Service....

$1600 in damages done to my car. my sweet Jenny didn't deserve that.

I may have been towed for good reason - but the customer service I experienced was unacceptable and rude. The police were called - which was a waste of their time, and thanks to them I was able to get my car back, after 2 hours of standing in the 30 degree windy weather. I've submitted complaints to the BBB and every other place I could think of...this place needs to either go out of business or find better, more respectable employees.

I used to work for tow aways and husband has 30 years know how they operate they touch mine will have law suit already talked to lawyer they r crooked and for one i have not found tow away sign yet where i am moving too believe they will have fight on hand fake pics and all and if u have car cover they are not to touch it either i know laws and they will work my favor u can believe that

I live in a trailer park community and was adviced not to park on the grass if i did i would get two warnings on the third would be towed well its 12:30 at night and they decide to take my truck for my two back tires touching the grass while the neighbor in front has its luxury cadillac parked fully on the grass but yet they never tow his cars just because my car is old they decided to take it. seems they take advantage of the people who seem to have less. This is an outrage people have no lifes.

They took my car from my apartment complex. My tags and inspection are legal and current. Renewed them before I moved here. They still took my car..... Crooks indeed!!!!

Yes crooks, using a towing scam at apartment complexes. Will tow your car if you have an expired inspection or registration without the proper notice of 10 days. They say they sent, but no letter was received. Will be filing a complaint with the Texas Dept of Lic and Regs. TDLR

i RECENTLY HAD TO CALL ALL STAR TO GET THEM TO UNLOCK MY WIFES CAR WHILE OUR BABY WAS STILL INSIDE. THEY WERE THERE IN LESS THAN TWENTY MIN.VERY NICE AND WILL USE THEM FOR MY APT COMPLEX WHICH I OWN.-
