Had my poodle groomed there very poor job. Did. Not clean the hair from pads of feet. Toe nails left. Long don't think they even cut them. Hair over eyes left with long pieces. Will never go back for grooming again.

I love petsmart but this petsmart sold me a fish that was unhealthy it died the day after i brought it home...needless to say my husband is taking it back and getting another fish, and the lady that was in the aquarium section was very rude, and very rushy, and did not know very much about that section...when i go into a pet store i expect the employees to know more about the section of the store that they work in so that if i ask a question they can give me the proper advice, instead we had to figure it out on our own...luckly my husband and i looked around at their tanks and saw what they had with what and were able to get fish that wernt going to kill eachother...Thanks petsmart employee for nothing!!!
