I would highly recomend XPRESS AUTO RENTAL in Downey. I have rented there numerous times and their service and their prices are amazing. They have a very good variety of cars and they accept debit cards with NO ADDITIONAL FEE, and cash deposits upon the manager's approval. Plus their prices are always consistent and they really take care of their repeat customers. They have vans that seat 7-15 people and they sell cars as well, so give them a try, and you wont be dissapointed!
