I called Oscar's Roofing to determine where my roof was leaking water into my kitchen. Richard scheduled an inspection the very next morning and was on time. He found the leak that had eluded two other roofers and pinpointed it in less than 5 minutes! It was not the roof, but my vinyl siding which was funneling rain water into my house. He advised me how to fix it myself, and after following his instructions, the leak was repaired. He refused to accept any payment when I offered to pay for his time. He smiled and said, "Just give me a call when you need some roofing work..." I have since recommended him to all my friends and family, and he has done several jobs for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and does quality work for a very reasonable and fair price. I believe Oscar's Roofing is the best roofing company in El Paso.

Oscars Roofing did my neighbors roof which appears to be a very nice job however while on site they set up a porta potty on my property thereby shoving a 3' x 3' landscape boulder out of "their" way without our permission or any regard to correct the change or return it in it's proper place. After lodging the complaint Mr. King did call back and indicated that he would see what he could do about it.

That was a week before Thanksgiving, I made a concession for that and since then am not getting a response back.

Every neighbor is a potential customer, I feel the company has an obligation to restore my property however trivial it may seem - that would be good business
