Last year I gave David and Sun City Glass a glowing 5 star review, but less than a year later I found out that David doesn't stand behind his work. When I told him about the condensation problem (see photos) between the panes of the double pane window he sold and installed for me less than a year ago, he informed me that the warranty is for only 90 days and that I would have to pay him yet again to fix it. $425 down the drain. For a similar price I could have (and should have) gone with Window World's lifetime warranty. An expensive mistake on my part. Buyer beware.

David came out quickly, did the work efficiently and fast, and the cost was well less than I expected. Excellent work, and they've got any and all my glass business from now on.

The outer pane of one of our double pane windows was cracked. We called around and were getting estimates for $350. We called David at Sun City Glass and he came by hours later, quoted us only $125, and replaced it then and there in less than 45 minutes. He even cleaned up his mess and hauled away all of the glass!

He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and said he has been in this business for over 30 years.
