Started in 2000, Bonefish Grill specializes in fish and other wood-grilled dishes. Located in Evansville, Ind., its menu features traditional varieties of fish and seafood as well as numerous non-seafood items available in the categories of grilled fish, starters, sauteed/baked, soup/greens and more. These items include Singapore calamari, bacon wrapped Atlantic sea scallops, coconut crusted shrimp, chicken Marsala and fontina chop, among others.
