The store is well stocked but service there is horrible, they treat you like you're the person down the block. Very poor marketing skills making remarks i.e. "you're here to get your cigarrettes", its my problem that I smoke no need to say it outloud as I walk thru the door. Also today, the evening person in charge- D-Monte (I appollogize if the spelling is incorrect, asked him to write his name down along with his store manager info he didn't) as I brought in pop can said to me: "If any pop spills out on my floor I aint taking it", I was actually surprised he was out from behind the counter, normally he is just standing there watching the other guy work the register. I informed him cans were empty, there may be couple drops in each can, but they were not dirty. He didnt accept them, so I did not purchase the 12 pack intended and the cigarrettes (2 packs as always), took my empties and went accross the street where there was no problem with the cans or service (very nice and helpfull), also when you go in there while this person mentioned above is on duty he acts like he is irritated with your visit he may actually have to do some work, the other day I went in to get cigarrettes at 8:30 pm, they would not sell it to me saying its all accounted for and closed for the night, even though store is open until 9:00 pm, overall store is nice and well stocked as far as service very bad - ghetto like, I think circuit manager should look into it and fix it as store has potential but it will not profit providing this type of customer service, they need to realize they are not doing anybody favors, its the customers that pay their check, I was a regular customer since its been open spending roughly $80-$150/week, but I'm under the impression they don't need my money, sadly I have to rate this store very low. I recommend Rite Aid across the street, it may be few pennys more but its worth it for better product and surely better CUSTOMER SERVICE.
