Everything under one roof! I found the perfect cat toys today and ones I didn't even know I needed!

I am so pleased with the exceptional customer service at this store. I had spent hours trying to track down a specific dog carrier, and when it did not let me order it online the gentleman on the phone took the time to search for the bag, and then offered to put it on hold for me. He was so nice about it too! He did not give me a hard time, he just willingly offered his help and was so kind!

They have a good selection of everything you need and a bunch of pet things you didn't know you need. I always end up buying some silly thing for my cat that she could do without-- so many little cat houses, special blankets, watering dishes. I buy all her Science Diet food here, too.
