Its horrible. The service we failed to receive at car side to go was so bad, they offered us two free entrees and drinks the next day. The service the second time around was worse. I will not be going back. I have been happy with other applebees, but this one gets an F in my book!

The menu was revised with many new tantalizing dishes to tickle even the the pickiest palet. The food portions weren't the greatest for the price, but the excellent individual attention we received from the manager made it worth our while! The waiter wasn't the greatest (yet) but maybe he can lean some pointers from his boss!

This was the worst Applebee's that I have ever been too. It took ten minutes for us to be asked what we wanted to drink and another ten to get the drinks. My daughter and I both ended up being sick from this restaurant. We have been there multiple times and the service and food keep getting worse. I do not ever recommend going there. Not even if it was the last place in Fort Smith.

The food is good and prices are very reasonable on the food and drinks. But the service is not good at all if there are more than 2 people in the party. There have been problems each time my friends and I (no more than 5) meet there for dinner before we go out. One time the wait person gave the wrong debit cards back to the people and the last time we were there, the wait person didn't even bother to return the card at all....and it was not at the restaurant the next day. A good waitstaff would not have a problem dealing with such a small party......
