Called them on concerns about their product (well under warranty) and did nothing to resolve it, besides trying to sell me the same garbage. On top of that charge me full price plus shipping! Trail gear product is mass produce China Junk! Never buy from them again! Buy from small local shops that make their products not from corporate scums. Trail gear should change their name to Trail Mart!
