What is allowed in this salon is utterly unacceptable. A male tech disrespected a group of underage girls and audibly yelled gay slurs. Management did nothing to correct this situation, simply unacceptable.

DONT GO HERE!!! WHILE GETTING A "PEDI" HERE THE EMPLOYEE INSISTED THAT I GET A MANICURE AS WELL. AFTER SHE TALKED ME INTO IT, SHE BEGAN TO FILE MY FINGERNAILS AS SHE DID MY PEDICURE. I THOUGHT THAT SHE WAS JUST CLEANING THEM UP FOR THE TIME BEING, BUT SHE WAS REALLY FILING THEM FOR THE MANICURE. SHE HURRIED THROUGH FILING THEM WHILE SHE DID MY PEDI. ONCE I GOT HOME I NOTICED THAT ALL OF MY FINGERNAILS AND A FEW OF MY TOENAILS WERE FILED CROOKED. ALSO, SHE CUT THE SKIN ON 3 OF MY FINGERS WHILE TRIMMING MY CUTICLES. ONE OF MY FINGERS BLED EXCESSIVELY AND I HAD TO ASK HER TO CLEAN THE BLOOD OFF OF MY FINGER BEFORE SHE STARTED PAINTING IT. SHE WAS ABOUT TO PAINT IT WITHOUT CLEANING THE CUT OR BLOOD OFF OF MY FINGERNAIL. TO ADD ON TO THAT, SHE DID NOT PAINT ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE ON ANY OF MY FINGERNAILS. SHE RUSHED THROUGH MY MANICURE AFTER BEGGING ME TO GET ONE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER, THEY TOLD ME HE WAS GONE AND THEY HAD NO IDEA WHEN HE WOULD RETURN

This shop is very clean and the people are friendly and sometimes a little too personal. Anyway, I had my eyebrows waxed and after informing the tech that the wax was too hot she failed to make adjustments and now I have a scar/burn on each eye. I went to talk with her, owner/manager and she put cooling gel and told me that in two days, it should go away.(not true!) They take too many clients at one time and then rush to get everyone out, which leaves some clients with dissastisfied service.

I had a great time at Nails Inc. They knew exactly what wanted and I was completely satisfied with the service I got there. The were very nice and very CLEAN. I was 100% satisfied and I will definatley be back.
