Provided by YPmobileNice people that show you the part that needs replaced. But they use inferior parts. My completely rebuilt transmission only last 30,000 or so miles. For $2,000 the transmission should last 100,000 miles... Minimum.

Provided by YPmobileI decided to have Aamco do a complete rebuild on my 1996 Monte Carlo, for about $2,000. A hand full of years later, and 30,000 or so miles, I sold the car to a co-worker. Less than 10,000 miles later he had it rebuilt at Aamco also. Talked too him yesterday and he told me after he had it rebuilt he only got 35,000 or so miles before it went out. Nice people, that show you what went wrong, they must use inferior parts. Don't waste your money at ANY Aamco pay the extra 500.00 at a dealership and get your monies worth.
