James is outstanding, professional and did a great job. My pump was failing and he quickly diagnosed it and worked around my schedule for installation. He didn't 'nickle and dime' me by the minute, but rather established a set fee which was applied towards a new sump pump. I would highly recommend James over the high priced establishments out there. I will definitely give J&C a call if I need service down the road.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. The "tech" showed up with his girlfriend wearing a "dads against daughters dating shirt" took a flashlight, looked at my tank and said it needed to be replaced. No tests, didn't even turn on the water. He said the tank needed to be replaced. For literally telling me something I could have made up myself. I stupidly paid the $85 charge for a 5 minute look. Oh and when I came to my senses to cancel the check about an hour later...it was already cashed. Shameful and I will be contacting the BBB.
