Page Maton was very welcoming, professional & informative while helping me pick my kitchen’s backsplash. I feel as though she devoted her 100% attention and expertise on helping me find the right finishing touch for my kitchen.

We ordered Chicago brick tile from this store. They do have a very nice selection of tile to offer in their store. You must go to their warehouse for pick up, they do not offer delivery. The worst part of this purchase was that we were NOT told that we could not return any extra tile, and nowhere on our receipt did it indicate our purchase was a special order. When we attempted to return the four extra boxes of tile we were denied. I would think with a purchase of $2500 they would be more than happy to accommodate this request (as many other tile stores do). We were also sold 4 shelves, told they were in stock, but they were not, which caused some additional delays. With many tile stores in the area, we will certainly select one that finds more value in their customers as we retile the rest of our home.
