When I was facing major surgery last year, a possible cause for cancellation was a stubborn ulcerative sore on my ankle; they would not operate until it was completely healed. Upon Dr. Pravda's treatment, it healed just in time and saved me a great deal of aggravation and inconvenience. Ankle ulcerations are difficult to heal, and my experience is testimony to Dr Pravda's expertise. I also have found him to be extremely friendly, communicative, and personable. Highly recommended.

Billing Manager hung up on me when trying to resolve an issue. The staff here is horrible they lie and tell you that they accept your co-pay and insurance but then bill you months later for full price of visit!! Be Aware!!

Dr. Pravda is a good doctor; patient, and nice. One member of the office staff isn't so nice but besides her I'm satisfied with everything else

D r Pravada is a great doctor to have, if you have the patience to Deal with his staff. They are Rude and very Unprofesional to say the least. if you need something from the Doctors office my advice to you is to go there in person. Thier staff will maybe answer the phone and tell you something like (We don"t know how to Fax anything) or (WE don"t have any time to do that) and Hang Up On You!!! That"s the everyday attitude thier at the Dr Douglas Pravada Office..... it "s a shame because he is a Great Doctor....... with a crappy Staff. The star rating

I highly recommend Dr. Pravda. I have been going to him for severe seborrheic dermatitis & excema for approximately 26 years. Every time my skin gets really bad (and I'm bad I always wait until its extreme), I go to him and within 1-2 days I feel & look almost 100% better. I wouldn't trust my skin to anyone else, he truly is wonderful!
