A few days ago I got a BAD HAIRCUT at SALON Ezenzia by Edith Miller. I was her loyal client for about 5 years. Today I went back to her to let her know that I am not quite happy with the cut. Front is to short and uneven. Edith said that she can't fix it. And she insisted that "I asked for it". And then she was REALLY REALLY RUDE to me! My son Nick was with me, he was in shock how rude she was to me. He said he never saw someone to be so unfair and rude to a client! And believe me, I didn't argue with Edith! I just left. The message is: if you girls use Edith Miller's services at Ezenzia Salon, don't you dare ever complain if you will be not happy with your hair cut! She may tell you that "you asked for this haircut" and kick you out!

Edith is a genius! I not only got trained to stop perming and learned how to handle my own hair; I've seen clients come in with (practically) dreds! and have seen her wave a magic wand and transform it. So many people have asked me who does my hair and I proudly refer them to Spa Ezenzia.

I called specifically asking for a certain type of fake nail. They gave me an appointment. I waited 45 mins AFTER said appointment time and was then told they did not have the nail I requested. I told them to just do whatever nail they had. They then told me that it was too late in the day because they closed early on Fridays... WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THAT "LATE" IN THE DAY IF YOU CANNOT HONOR IT!!! I was so surprised and disgusted with the service, I walked out immediately! Do not waste your time.

This place is over priced and leads you to false advertisement, The web site say's "Luxury" and it's far from it. They play loud annoying music, which is not relaxing...I only went there because I received a Gift Certificate, but I really feel that my husband wasted his money. When you are getting a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure you are wanting to relax. You can't...the place is in a disarray...This is far from Luxury, don't waste your time nor money...

Great place! I've been going there for several years now and would recommend to anyone.
