This automotive shop changed ownership and management a few years ago. I believe Doug used to own the place, but is not anyone I've seen or met there. Hands Automotive has a very skilled mechanic working for them and the sevice manager, Ray is a joy to do business with. There are ONLY two mechanics I have met in my lifetime that I would venture to say know their business, are competant, truthful and worth being loyal to, and the main mechanic, Jim, is on that short list. An auto repair facility is only as good as the employees working there. I really like everyone at Hands Auto. You should give this shop another opportunity, I believe you will be pleased with the end result.
