Im so angry about this place, yesterday I took my little yorkie to petland where thet gave me the bussiness card of this place, I took my little dog for the first time there, they were nice and said he would be ready about 6, I was there to pick him at 6 and they took one more hour, I was patient, when they gave it to me he looks great, he had a great haircut, on the way home I saw him sad and scared, when we got home I noticed he had a big cut on the neck, he is very injured, Ill take him tomorrow to the vet, they didnt even told me they injured him, dont take your pets there, I have pictures of the cut.

Rambo and I were here for the first time today. Staff was friendly and attentive. I was extremely satisfied with the services. Cesar thanks so much for taking good care of my baby. We will be coming here from now on. I recommend this place to who ever wants a place with friendly staff who know and love what they do. Thanks again.

Horrible service I took my cat that I beloved so much thinking she was going to get bath and dip within a two hour period. Of course that didn’t happen, this guy who calmed to be the manager took 6 hours to get my cat clean. I dropped my cat off a little before 1 went back to check if she was done at 3:30 the guys told me she would be out in 20min. Went back at 4:30 an hour later and nothing he said he would call when she would be out. It was 6 I got worried that maybe they called but had the wrong number so I went think by now they should be done and of course they weren’t. When the guy charged me I asked him” why till now am I getting my cat” he said because I brought her in on Saturday and she was one of the last ones then I said “Fine, but you should have at least let me know she was last and wait time you were going to bath her so I could bring her in” he replied” I don’t need to let you know “ so this inconsiderate guy left my cat cage up. Not only that when he brought her to me he just put her on the floor then left. My cat was still wet and very upset. This was my first time taking my cat there and the LAST!!!!

Robert, no last name, the manager was utterly rude and curt when I mentioned that I would be asking for a refund because he failed to fulfill his service when I took my pet in for a bath and nail clipping. This place was dirty, not customer friendly, and apparently understaffed. I wouldn't take a stray dog in let alone my on dog. The only reason I gave them a rating of one star is because I didn't have the option for a negative star rating of five. What a waste of my money.
