Provided by YP.comThis company is A SCAM. I ordered a 3 pack bundle pair for my daughters 15th birthday, they came in the mail when I was not home and I could not get to the ups store. They sent the order back and I thought it would be simple to get it re-sent. Or they'd just put the money back on my card but NOPE. I had to go through so many ridiculous steps for them to just get store credit. Now when I try to get them with store credit it keeps asking me for my credit card number and security code. I am fed up with this. I ordered them almost 6 months ago! 6 months! My child got nothing for her birthday because of this web site. I would advise you to order else where.

Provided by YP.comFirst of all I would not even give this company one star and would not advise anyone to purchase from them. I ordered a pair of their contacts which was defective when it arrived. For whatever reason, the blister pack contained no liquid so the lens was completed dried out and unusable. Ok, I'm thinking I will contact the company and like any reputable company, they will replace the lens. Boy was I wrong. I emailed them explaining what had happened and asked the steps I needed to take to get the lens replaced. I got back an email stating that the item had to be shipped back within 48 hours my sending contacting them, had to include a tracking number and I was responsible for shipping. I had even sent them a photo of the defective lens, and still got the same response. Against my better judgement, I jumped through all their hoops and sent the lens back. I got another email stating that they had received the lens and that now rather than just sending out a new pair as they should have done in the first place, I had to go on their website, register as a customer, get a customer number, email it back to them and then and only then would I get a credit for the lens. Again, I did as they asked still no credit. So far It has cost me the original price of the lens, shipping of the original lens and shipping to send back lens that were defective upon arrival. If and I am seriously doubting this will happen that I do receive a credit I am almost certain it will be for the lens price only and if I attempt to order a replacement pair I will have to pay shipping again which will mean I have paid shipping a total of three times for 1 pair of contacts that were defective upon receipt. To date, I have not received any credit or refund for the defective product and am quite disgusted with the whole situation. In addition to the total lack of customer service, the person answering my emails answered in broken english and poor grammar which initally was not a good sign from the beginning of this terrible shopping experience. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Customer service has always treated me well and I live in Hawaii and received my product in a timely manner. The price point is always affordable considering other sites sell the same for over the price they do. I really do like shopping with this company and recommend them to many others.

I bought Red crazy lenses and paid for next day shipping. The shipping price for next day was little high but that's what I get for getting them last min. The item arrived on time and without any issues. Contacts work out great at the office party and I had no issue at all with this company. Do recommend it.

Provided by YP.comThis company is a scam. i thought I would order from them because I had researched them and read all these positive reviews, but when I actually ordered from them I had a different experience completely. I had ordered two pairs of contacts (60$) to Canada and had upgraded to the expedited shipping option (this takes 1-3 days apparently). It has been over a 2 weeks and I still have not received anything and when I tried contacting their customer service to find out where my package is they basically just repeated that it takes 1-3 business days... I wouldn't recommend this company, find somewhere else

Provided by YPmobileI read reviews about this place and thought, good price, good contacts, why not? I ordered pearl white for my very light yellow brownish eyes. They were for a Halloween gig I do. I paid almost $8 for expidited shipping on top of $10 for the contacts. I received them in 3 days. My Mother in Law works for an eye doctor so she helped me put them in. Horrible! No instructions, nothing. The pearl white contacts made my eyes a dark brown with a dark deep blue color. What?! I emailed for an exchange and shipped them back within 2 days and now because they can't find the tracking number I'm not getting an exchange or my money! They now have my money and contacts... Do not order from this place!

Provided by YP.comJust wanted to say few good things about this company. My daughter was bugging me on buying her some contact lenses. I finally gave in and gave this company a try. She loved the color and the feel of the lenses. Unfortunate after a day of wearing them she accidentally ripped them while putting them away. I contacted the company and they agreed to replace the lenses as long as I return the original. Within a week the new pair arrived. Thank you for your great service!
