Please give these ladies a gold medal for being best hairdresser along with customer service: Carol, Jaimie, Jessica, and Julia. They are good hairstylists and hope they will stay at the salon. The change of the salon is FANTASTIC. If you went there in the past go back and ask for these ladies, they are FANTASTIC! Now and these days Its hard to find a good hairdresser, its sad that this location have a high turn over on stylists, and I hope these ladies will stay, An ex-stylists stated that the owner takes away hours, service sales and pay them minimum wage. My advice to the staff of FANTASTIC SAMS do not quit go to CONTACT 13.

I have a great haircut for sure but they did cut a lot more off then I wanted. I went in to get most of my hair cut off for Locks of Love and still wanted shoulder length hair and specifically said I don't the back of my neck to have to be shaved. My hair is very short and my neck did have to be shaved. It looks good but they need to follow the customers direction.
