I've taken all of my dogs to Bailey's over the past few years. I'm always delighted with the outcome, they are kind and courteous, comparable in price, and I feel like they really care about my furry kids.

I used a "deal" to pay for a groom. My dog has never bitten anyone in his life, including little kids screaming and poking at him. He doesn't like his paws touched and pulls them away when you touch his feet, but that's all he ever does, just pulls them away. Never shows any aggression whatsoever. But Bailey's told me he bit the groomer, and charged an extra $10 for "behavior." It's absurd to tell an owner of an 8 year old dog that he bit them, when he's been provoked in many a way during his lifetime and never but anyone. I believe they lied for a mere $10. The groom job wasn't that great either. They also give lower estimates on the phone and in person, and then charge for extras or.just simply raise the price after they're all done. This review is my opinion, and I believe all they care about is money.

they do okay work on cutting my dogs hair but they can be pricey when it comes to just getting her nails clipped.. one thing that bothers me very much is they apparently don't believe in appointments.. you set an appointment and take your dog there on time but it takes them 8 hours to give a small dog a bath and hair cut.. I called today to see if she was almost done and they said that they had a saint Bernard come in so they are behind. isn't it first come first serve?? ive given them a few chances but after today we will not be going there anymore. I don't like the idea of my dog sitting in a cage all day when she can be at home.

One of my dogs is very timid. The staff took the time to let him "chill out" off and on and pampered him as he got so nervous with the time it takes to de-fur him of his many layers of winter coat. I so appreciated the time they took and the patience they showed Bear.

We've taken our little Pepper to Best Friends for a long time. When I called them to say we'd had to put Pepper down, they stayed on the phone with me for quite some time. They shared in our deep grief and our family received a sympathy card from them the day after. That's very personal to me, and we'll be sure to use them in the future if we ever have a new pup in our home.
