I switched to this place several months ago after a management change at my old place. They are courteous, keep all of your vehicle information up-to-date in their database, and most of all do not pressure you. Yes they will tell you the extras that are recommended for your vehicle, but if you tell them you are not interested they don't bother you with it like other places. Also, once you are in their computer they send you a postcard when you are due which also includes a coupon.
