A fine job of grooming but seriously lacking in customer service skills. We have been customers here for over 2 years. When we brought in our newest puppy, they insulted us and told us that our dog needed a lot of work before the next visit. Apparently this groomer only likes to deal with mature lap dogs and has trouble dealing with energetic large puppies. It was the owner and the manager that worked with our puppy.
Brad, Our sincere apologies if the information we tried to share about your puppy was not well received. We will make certain that we are careful to address behavior issues in the future with more delicacy and tact. We have enjoyed grooming Taylor for a while and are sorry to hear that you were displeased with any aspect of our service. I was present for the conversation with your wife and it was simply to let her know that the puppy struggled with the grooming process and we would like to have several more visits in the future to acclimate your pup to the demands of regular grooming. Some of the behaviors Ollie exhibited were borderline dangerous for future visits and we had concerns over his safety as he grows bigger and stronger. We did ask if she was interested in speaking with one of our staff members about training in case you were also experiencing issues at home. We didn't suggest that you work with your puppy before the next visit as that is training that should be done by an experienced and qualified pet professional- we deal with puppies (large and small) often and they are some of our most refreshing customers. If we can help you in any way, please let us know as we have certainly enjoyed serving you these past few years!
They scrape all the plaque off your dog's teeth for a price. Works great. Nice grooming job too. Recommend.

We need a new groomer after moving into Louisville. I found See Spot Grooming and Kris made sure I had an appointment within a day. I dropped off my cat Lois for a lion cut, bath and general clean up. Wow!!! Was I surprised. Not only was she clean she was purring (never happened before after a grooming) and sporting a new neckerchief. Thanks for a fantastic job team! P.S. very affordable and location was spotless.

I am 14 weeks old, so my very first grooming appointment was a concern to my mom. She called this morning and Chris reassured her very patiently. She answered all my moms endless questions (how embarrassing) and finally a Deluxe Spa Bath for puppies was scheduled for this coming Sunday at noon. The best part of all? Chris told mom she was giving me a bath (yuk!) way too often. I am sooooo loving this place.
