I had to go out of town for work and wanted to leave flowers for my girlfriend. I talked with a very nice and helpful lady over the phone and within 10 minutes had something picked out. It was delivered to her work within 2 hours and I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend. They even sent me a picture of the arrangement before they delivered it.

My best friend's mom had a baby in the evening and I called and asked if they would do a favor for me even though they were closed and they went up to the store at 8:30 at night and made me an arrangement. Then I got to be the hero and I just thought the customer service was great! I just called and didn't even expect someone to be there much less be able to make it! Very impressed and the arrangement was very nice.

Rude employees! will not do business here! the lady working on Thursday morning was terrible!

I ordered 6 sets of flowers to be delivered this week for Mother's Day. I gave the florist 2 phone numbers for each place the flowers were to be delivered so that none would get left on the porch in inclement weather. I did this because they had left some on the porch on my mother in laws birthday and they had gotten rained on and damaged and left out overnight because no one called her to tell her they were there when they delivered them. I decided to call them and inform them of the above and use them one more time because in 2001 they did the flowers for our wedding and they were wonderful. This time however, they delivered flowers to my mother and she wasn't home. They did not call her to tell her they tried to deliver them even though I gave them her number. Then they actually gave the flowers that I paid for to " someone who was maybe on the side of her house". That is truly what they told me. They couldn't tell me the address or name of the person who they gave her flowers to or if it was a male or female. They didn't apologize and were upset and rude when I insisted they remake and deliver the flowers. By the way the person who they gave the flowers to never brought them to my parents. I found out that Dorris who used to own Devault sold it to new owners. Wow is all I can say. Wow, the customer service is AWFUL and they leave flowers in the rain and give them to strangers. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!!! I'm so incredibly disappointed and they are rude sand do not try to fix their mistakes!!!!

The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered with my order placed through teleflora.com. Called to see what the problem was (I was never rude or unkind) and rudely was asked to never do business with them again, instead of seeing if we could resolve the issue and we could get the flowers we ordered and paid for. Nope! Rude and unprofessional, never delivered the flowers, called and hung up on my father. If you want quality and professionalism, don't look here. Family owned and operated doesn't exactly say much for these folks. How embarrassing for them.
