Being an Esthetician for over 4 years, then coming to work at this Massage Envy was a downgrade to myself. Each Massage Envy is a franchise, therefore they are each individually owned. The Owner has no experience in the spa field and received this spa as a birthday gift. The owners and Marshaya the manager is what made this place miserable for employees. They have never professionally cleaned their carpets. Marshaya made me hide in a room when the fire Marshall came unexpectedly so he couldn't see the sprinklers that they were legally supposed to have fixed. Marshaya lies and puts on a front the customers but treats her employees like crap. We were without gloves for sometimes weeks at a time. They will do anything to sell product. Molly the owner wants you to sell sell sell, and do whatever it takes. She has straight told us to lie to clients in order to make a sale. I was shorted hundreds of dollars from my checks, Along with five other employees that I know of. Marshaya does the checks, something is happening there with missing money. I proved my money shortage to them. Hundreds of dollars just don't go missing from multiple employees paychecks. Only positive thing I can say about this place, was I met amazing clients. The employees loved their clients, unfortunately were unhappy with their jobs. Don't go to this place!!!! The sanctuary is a professional spa! Molly and Marshaya are anything but professional no matter how hard they try! Corporate is being contacted!

I have received 4 massages so far from 3 different therapists - all awesome !!Ask for Chloe, James it the other guy who works there - you will have a wonderful time. After I signed up for the monthly deal, I am getting massages for $39 !!!Love this place
