I was honestly amazed at how friendly, fast, and respectful The Nelson Brothers were. They came to my house during a snow storm, picked up my snow blower, fixed it and returned it before the snow stopped coming down. It is tough to find service that great these days.

I am an home mechanic that has had the pleasure of finding this little gem of a bussiness. The guys here treat me with respect and are super helpful and always glad to help me with my rookie questions. I have also listened and seen first hand how they treat the women customers with truth and respect...NO B.S. stories at this place. If I did not do my own repairs I would being using this place for all of my home small engine needs. They also seemed to have a very nice selection of both 1 and 2 stage snowblowers to choose from. I can tell you that after using the "other guys" on Capital drive, there is NO DOUBT that I will be back to Nelsons Place....in my opinion, they are old school helpful and true to their customers.
