The quality of a security company is best judged by the quality of the people they employ, the technology they use and how safe and secure they make an event or a place. In all three categories Statewide Public Safety did an outstanding job. We recently worked with them on a project and they exceeded all our expectations. Statewide Public Safety is best security firm in the city in Milwaukee from our experience and our entire firm would highly recommend them.
As a property manager to a private property in Milwaukee WI I take security of my employers very seriously. After our old security company failed us by allowing in 2 armed assailants and the guard being nowhere to be found, I knew it was time to fire them and get real security. Statewide Public Safety came out to do an assessment of what we needed, Jovan Williams was very professional and reviewed video of what happened. Imidietly they assured us they would take care of us, that night a marked patrol car was there with attack dog and an officer carrying an AR15. The officer assigned to our account is extremely professional and I truly know that the family is safe now that they have taken over security. We were told to hire this company by the MPD's officer that responded to our call and it was the best advise ever. These guys are the closest thing you can get to having your own police department. Super professional and highly trained. If anyone was to make it into the property again, they surely would not make it out with an attack dog and heavily armed officer patrolling our property. I am very pleased and recommend these guys to anyone that can afford them or suggest the HOA hire them for a neighborhood.

I dealt with the owner personally and it is reassuring to know that he is involved in every aspect of his business and takes every account seriously! They were quick to call me back and the rapport was immediate. This gave me peice of mind and made me feel confident that the company would provide the level of service I expected. Well Managed business. We have had their services at our clinic for 2 years. Guards are always in uniform and polite. The owners and managers are always a phone call away to assist with any issues and they make our Facility a priority.
