Worst customer service ever. He hung up on my fianc and told him "no refund" "you don't come back to me then" etc. My fianc was trying to get in touch with him for over a week at this point because the flowers delivered were broken and some even missing. My fianc buys me flowers more than often and this man just lost a lot of orders. I can't fathom the rudeness. Even though my fianc explained he wanted to come to him first because if he disputes a credit charge it's a downfall for small businesses.... the man HUNG UP ON HIM! I just pray that God blesses his soul.

Beautiful Flowers, HORRIBLE Customer Service... I ordered flowers for my friend, through an online company that uses local florists, to be delivered on her bday (one week later), the flowers showed up today. So, I called the online company to see why my delivery date was overlooked and they were very apologetic, said it clearly stated on the order "To be delivered on June 8" and gave me a refund. Apparently, Ed Price Floral figured if they weren't getting paid (regardless of the fact that it was because they made a mistake) then my friend wasn't getting her flowers. They sent a delivery man to my friend's job to repossess the flowers! Thank God she had already taken the flowers home, but I was very embarrassed for her co-workers to see that. If this florist felt that a full refund was not in order, they should have taken it up with the company that issued it, not with the recipient of the flowers. She had no idea what was going on. I will never use this florist again.
