Alliance Oncology is a division of Alliance HealthCare Services, which is one of the largest providers of advanced outpatient diagnostic imaging services in the United States. Its sister division Alliance Imaging provides outpatient diagnostic services, focusing on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Positron emission tomography (PET)/Computed tomography (CT).
